Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return/exchange sailfish products.
  • You may swim in your new sailfish wetsuit to make sure you love it as long as you do so within the 30-day window mentioned above.
  • We cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that have been damaged, written on or altered in any way or on items that are returned still wet or dirty.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.
  • Products in the Outlet Store and certain other discounted items (as indicated on product pages) are eligible for store credit only - no refunds. Refreshed demo wetsuits are not eligible for exchange/return/warranty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You may exchange for a different size or any other products on our website, if stock is available. We will ship the replacement item(s) out for free. 
  • For exchanges that are not equal in price, sailfish US will refund any differences or contact you to take further payment if it costs more.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.
